By using Football Fan Frenzy 2026 ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Your account
You can use the app anonymously or with an email/Google account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you create an account, you must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country, whichever is higher).
Credits and purchases
- Credits ("⚡ moments") are one-time consumable purchases. They are not refundable except where required by law in your region.
- All payments are handled securely by Apple or Google. Their terms govern the actual purchase transaction.
- Credits belong to the account they were purchased on. If you use the app as a guest and lose your device, credits cannot be recovered. We strongly recommend creating a free account (email or Google) to protect your moments and credits.
- We may adjust pack sizes or pricing in the future. Any credits you already own will keep their full value.
Acceptable use
- Don't upload photos that aren't of you, or that contain other people without their consent.
- Don't use the app to create content that is hateful, sexual, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service.
Your content
You own your original photos and the AI moments we create for you. We receive a limited license only to process the image through our AI providers and store the result so you can access it. We never use your photos or generated moments to train AI models — period.
The AI bit
AI image generation is powerful but not magic. Results depend on lighting, angle, and your photo. We tune our models specifically for football fan experiences and do our best on every generation. Credits are consumed on a best-effort basis. If a result is clearly unusable, reach out to support — we'll usually credit you back.
Trademarks
Football Fan Frenzy 2026 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national football federation, or any official World Cup organization. National flag colours and stadium imagery are used for fan expression purposes only.
Termination
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Liability
The app is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
